We worked with Country Charm Event Hire on a redesign of their existing website, building on our long-standing relationship with them. The goal of the project was to refine the navigation, homepage, and product pages to better showcase their services and make the customer journey smoother.
Clearer Navigation & Homepage Focus
The updated website now highlights the three key markets for Country Charm Event Hire — Weddings, Corporate Events, and Parties. By bringing these categories to the forefront of the homepage and navigation, customers can quickly find the type of event hire solution that best suits their needs.

To help manage customer expectations, each product page now includes a dedicated “Important Information” box. This highlights critical details — such as delivery being available only on orders over $500 — making sure customers are aware of requirements before they place an order.
The Result
The redesigned website is more user-friendly, visually organised, and directly aligned with Country Charm Event Hire’s service model.
